An 85 m² home in the Eixample, with a terrace facing the Sagrada Família head-on and an interior that breathes the quiet luxury of Hermès. Elle Decor —and Nuevo Estilo too— chose it for their pages. For us, caring for a home like this, every single day, is exactly what drives us.
The jewel: a terrace with the Sagrada Família as a backdrop
There are beautiful flats, and there are flats you never forget. This one belongs to the second group, and almost everything begins on its terrace. West-facing and with an unobstructed view, it opens onto the Sagrada Família and the Barcelona skyline like few others. A morning coffee as the city wakes, a long lunch in the sun, a glass of wine at dusk as the basilica turns golden. An outdoor space like this, in the heart of the Eixample, is a rarity.
It is no token balcony: it is the home's centre of gravity. Everything —the living room, the kitchen, the way you move through it— is arranged so that, wherever you look, the view is there. That, in fact, was the idea behind the renovation: an open-plan layout where kitchen and living room merge into one space, separated but not closed off by a low unit set between two pillars.
From any corner of the home, your gaze ends on the Sagrada Família.
An interior that breathes Hermès
The design draws on the image of the French maison: white on white, the warmth of fine wood and golden touches that appear sparingly —on vases, frames, taps and handles—. Nothing shouts; everything is measured. Marble countertops and brass finishes sit alongside an artistic tiled floor that adds character without disturbing the serenity of the whole.
It is the kind of elegance that does not announce itself at first glance, but that you feel: spotless surfaces, a carefully considered accent-lighting scheme and a neutral palette that lets the views and the materials take the lead. The result is a home that looks simple and is, in fact, thought through to the last detail.
Inside: every room, considered
The living room is open and bright, with a deep sofa and two armchairs that invite you to linger. Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors connect it to the terrace in a continuous flow between inside and out that floods the space with natural light. For the evenings, a 55-inch smart TV with Netflix and other platforms turns the living room into a small cinema.
The kitchen, open and magazine-worthy, is a dream for anyone who cooks: built-in oven, induction hob, microwave, marble and brass, and an adjacent dining area for quiet dinners. In one corner, a desk with an ergonomic chair takes care of remote work on longer stays.
The two bedrooms are all about rest, with hotel-quality linen. The main one is a suite with a king bed, a generous dressing area and a spa-style en-suite bathroom with a rainfall shower and brass fittings; the second, more intimate, with a double bed and a serene palette. Two designer bathrooms —one with a tub to unwind at the end of the day— complete a home finished to the millimetre.
And then there is the invisible part, which is what truly makes the difference: independent air conditioning per room, high-speed wifi, an in-unit washing machine and a secure building in one of the city's most sought-after neighbourhoods.
The owner who wanted exactly what we offer
Behind the apartment there is a story we recognise in many of the owners who trust us. The family that renovated it wanted a home to enjoy Barcelona and, the rest of the year, to let it seasonally and make the investment pay off. To enjoy it and have it earn —without the flat becoming a second job—. That is, word for word, what we do every day.
Because turning an interior-design project into a memorable —and profitable— stay is not a matter of posting a few photos and waiting. It is revenue management to set the right price every night, sharp check-in and check-out operations, answering a guest at midnight and, above all, keeping the home as flawless as it was on the day of the photoshoot.
Why we are proud to manage homes like this
A space at this level is not run by an algorithm. It calls for an eye, judgement and a standard that is non-negotiable: that every guest finds it just as the person who designed it imagined, that every golden detail stays in place, that those views are lived as if for the first time.
In sixteen years we have learned that caring for a space with soul is the difference between a booking and an experience. When an apartment from our portfolio reaches the pages of Elle Decor and Nuevo Estilo, it confirms that the standard shows. And that design and profitability are not at odds: when a home is genuinely cared for, the two grow together.
